Milica Aliyeva

Ms. Milica Aliyeva is the Administration and Quality Manager at Portonovi Resort Management Company. Her tenure with the company dates back to its pre-opening phase in 2013 when she became one of the first employees to join the project. She began her career with Azmont Investments as a Receptionist, later moving on to the roles of Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Administration Manager, where she honed her office and business skills.

Ms. Milica's education is centered around finance, accounting, banking, and business management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management in Finance, Accounting, and Banking, and subsequently, she completed specialist academic studies in Business Management.

In 2021, Ms. Milica was appointed to her current position as the Administration and Quality Manager, where she is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the quality management system at the resort level. Her extensive experience in various roles, combined with her education, makes her a valuable asset to the company.
