Seyran Mirzazada

Mr. Seyran Mirzazada is the Operations Director of the Portonovi Resort Management Company.

He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the Higher Diplomatic College in Baku.

Mr. Mirzazada started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and he worked at the Azerbaijani diplomatic missions in Romania and Montenegro. He also worked as Head of the First European Division of the First Territorial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chargé d'affaires of Azerbaijan in Podgorica.

He is a Representative of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan for Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Coordinator of the Coordination Council of Azerbaijanis in Eastern Europe, Board Member of the Congress of Azerbaijanis in Europe, Director of the Cultural and Economic Center Azerbaijan – Montenegro, NGO.

He joined the Portonovi Resort Management Company as a Sales Manager for the Rental Program in August 2022.

Mr. Mirzazada speaks Montenegrin, English, and Russian.
