Nikita Makarov

Mr. Nikita Makarov is the Sales Director at Portonovi.

With over 15 years of experience in International Luxury Real Estate across seven different countries, including Dubai, Cyprus, and the Czech Republic, Mr. Makarov boasts an impressive track record of success. He began his career as a Property Consultant at a Cyprus Development Company and has since gone on to build several successful sales teams.

In 2004, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of International Relations and Entrepreneurship with a degree in Law and got his Master’s Degree in Business Development Management from Kyiv’s International University of Finance.

One of Mr. Makarov's most outstanding qualities is his unique management style, which inspires his employees to reach greater heights. He is well-versed in the entire sales process, from generating a client list to pursuing leads to analyzing performance.

Mr. Makarov joined the Portonovi team as the Sales Director in 2021. He is married and has three daughters.
