Novica Radojičić

Novica Radojičić is the Portonovi Marina Manager. 

He obtained his Specialist Studies Degree in Maritime Management (Studies of Maritime in Shipping) from Maritime Faculty Kotor – University of Montenegro and his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. 

He started his career at Tivat Tourism Organization, after which he worked at Porto Montenegro Marina for seven years. From 2016 to 2023, he was the Operations Manager of the marine fleet "Golden Fleet" in Montenegro - the owner of Bora Marine Services Agency, whose interests he represented. 

Since 2020, he has been General Manager of the BMS Group, an agency providing management and port services for almost 70 vessels from 14 to 140 meters during their stay in Montenegro.

Mr. Radojičić is fluent in English and Italian.
