Azmont Investments and Kerzner International invite young, talented, self-motivated and committed students of International Hospitality and Management VATEL Studies at University of Donja Gorica to apply for Kerzner International Internship in the fields of Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms Division (Housekeeping and Front Office) during summer 2019.

Kerzner International program devotes special attention to young talents by providing them with a unique opportunity to establish long-lasting cooperation with a world-class team of leading hotelier professionals. The program consists of one-to-one work with a departmental mentor on high quality hospitality standards in a 5-star resort, hands-on experience engaging with internal and external guests and attendance of weekly intern meetings dedicated to projects and solutions to operational issues.

On top of the financial support of 250,000.00 EUR for buying franchise from VATEL that will serve to the International Hospitality Studies operations in next 11 years, company has committed itself to Azmont Investments Scholarship Program. Through this program, company has been investing additional 100,000.00 EUR distributed among 15 scholars.

During the last two years, close to 100 students were trained for professional work in tourism management at the international level, while some of them are already included in the international practice. Next academic year - in 2019, we are welcoming the first graduates of this unique academic program in Montenegro.

Details about the Application and Program

Intership placements are available to well known Resorts at amazing locations: Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai; One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai; One&Only the Palm, Dubai; One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives; One&Only Palmilla, Mexico (Spanish speaker).

What does the program consist of?

• 6-month Internship program which begins in June/July depending on the resort
• Full accommodation and 3 meals per day covered
• Salary between 230 and 420 EUR (with an exception of Mexico which is unpaid internship, only economic support through service charge)
• Travel costs for elected participants covered by Azmont Investments
• All students are eligible for the program, with an advantage given to graduates
• Visa fee covered

Conditions:

• Fluency in English
• Enrolment  in Hospitality, Tourism, Business and Culinary related majors

Selection will be based on experience, job knowledge, creativity, personality, responsiveness, communication, comprehension skills, attention to detail and team management.
